The Titanic violin


So, this is obviously the violin that belonged to Wallace Hartley, bandleader on the RMS Titanic, who perished with all his seven fellow musicians in April 1912. 101 years after the tragedy, and after more than seven years of testing, the violin has now been proven to be the one played by Hartley on the night of the disaster.
