Qu’un concert des „Berliner Philharmoniker“ suscite l‘intérêt, cela n’a rien d’exceptionnel. Que le même orchestre génère un nombre important d’articles de presse n’étonne également personne. Et pourtant, le concert donné à Londres il y a peu, a défrayé la chronique pour une toute autre raison. Tom Service, critique musical réputé, a au lendemain du concert, écrit un article titré « How to ruin a classical music concert ».  Un titre susceptible d’attiser  le feu.
