I love Alfonso Salgueiro Lora photograph, he has captured the moment where it is playing the double bass, this is the time of the concert where the listener got is bristling hair, you can feel the music without having to listen, Also including the audience you
can see that it is a live concert. This elements is what makes an image a great picture, those ones that transmit feeling to the viewer. beautiful capture, beautiful composition.

I love the Felipe Cabrera and the Ibrahim Maalouf pictures because they show the essence of the musical experience. But I love the Laurence Hobgood picture even more because of the detail it shows. I love the messiness and the cables and the way the monitor is on the flightcase. And I love the etch-like texture of the picture and the way the contrabass catches the light and leads the attention to Hobgood's concentrated face. Nice!

They are all great photos but I love Alfonsos the most. So compact and yet so much going on ....its a whole story in one photo. You can even imagine what kind of music you are listening to from how the drummer is looking at the Double bass, which is highltighted by how the light is caught. Love it.

My favourite picture is the one from François Zuidberg representing Felipe Cabrera.
Although I haven't been at a concert from the Harold López-Nussa Trio, I can hear Felipes Solo.
Very expressive picture.

Debatable, Sébastien Grébille, for he is the only one that adds an artistic element to a simple concert picture - those contrasts are great, and he really knows how to work with the poor lightning!^^
